2. What we process and why

Visiting the website

Our web server records IP address, time, requested page, browser type and referrer in a log file for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days. We use no analytics, no advertising cookies and no third-party scripts.

Cookies

Two technically necessary cookies: 'lang' (language choice, 1 year) and 'csrf' (protection of the request form, 2 hours).

Requests and drawings

When you send a request we store the data you enter and the files you upload in order to prepare a quote and, if you order, to execute the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prepare the quote and to manufacture, we pass the technical documents and the data required for them to the manufacturing partner selected for your part, and only for this purpose. Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months; documentation of executed orders is kept for the statutory retention period.

3. Recipients

Hosting on our own server infrastructure in the EU; manufacturing partners selected for your request, only for that request; e-mail via Namecheap Private Email (Namecheap Inc., USA, EU standard contractual clauses).

4. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and complaint to a supervisory authority — in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
