Workshops

Specialised workshops in Germany — chosen for each job

We do not run machines ourselves. We work with machining, heat-treatment, steel and metal construction workshops in Germany. Each job goes to the workshop whose machines, certificates and experience fit the part — and we stay responsible to you.

Selection

Four steps a workshop has to pass before it gets its first ship part

This is our selection procedure: it describes how a workshop qualifies and what happens before your order is placed with it. It is not a list of workshops.

01

Certificates

ISO 9001 as the minimum; for welding ISO 3834-2 and qualified welders; class workshop approval where welded parts go on board.

02

Visit and audit

Machines, measuring room, heat treatment, material handling and traceability are inspected on site, not on a slide.

03

Trial order

A real part with full documents, inspected by us on receipt before the workshop handles class-relevant jobs.

04

Rating per job

On-time delivery, dimensional accuracy, completeness of documents and complaints are recorded for every job.

Turning, milling, grinding

Pins, shafts, bushings, flanges — single pieces to small series.

Heat treatment and surfaces

Quenching and tempering, induction hardening, nitriding, hard chrome, coating, galvanising.

Steel and metal construction

Ladders, stairs, railings, platforms, foundations and welded frames.

For workshops

Free capacity? Work for shipping.

We bring requests from shipowners, ship managers and yards, check the drawings, handle quotation, logistics and the customer. You manufacture and document. Write to us with your machines, materials, certificates and the region you deliver from.
